Management Committee
The Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre Inc Management Committee has stipulated responsibilities, a nomination procedure for Management Committee positions, Management Committee member roles, an orientation process for new members, a code of behaviour and an outline for Management Committee meetings and keeping of minutes.
- The role of the Management Committee is to:
- oversee the operations and activities of the organisation to ensure it fulfils its aims, objectives and targets
- govern the organisation within the approved budget and in accordance with Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre Inc’s stated objectives, policies and procedures as specified in the Policy and Procedures Manual.
The Management Committee is accountable for all matters pertaining to Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre Inc and is directly responsible for all matters except those which are formally delegated.
Management Committee meetings are held, monthly on the day and time arranged by the Management Committee at the commencement of the year. Other meetings may be arranged by the Management Committee as required.
